A Family thing

 

EntreBurnor is many ideas collected together into one messy, beautiful whole. It is a journal for me to drive myself forward in my own creative, entrepreneurial endeavors. It is a journal for our family as Alyse and Calvin pursue their ideas and build brands for themselves. It will also hopefully become a business in and of itself, holding the other brands we build, as well as, being a platform to pursue a few specific ideas, particularly on the blockchain.

It will also be a platform for sharing our family’s story of adoption, change, and being willing and ready to say yes to some big paradigm shifts. Parenting is a major part of my life and it affects and reflects all that I do creatively and in business. Thus, this will also be a journal of the Burnor family in our ups and downs, our successes and failures (hopefully few!), and how we learn from all of them. Always forward!

How Entreburnor makes money

 

While we may not provide the exact numbers, EntreBurnor will strive to be transparent in describing how we make money through the site. The reasons for this are twofold.
 
First, we want to be upfront when something is an endorsement or a promotion. Yes, this is required by law. However, we have all seen those advertisements that just barely indicate that they are an ad. Here we want to be upfront about when words have been paid for. That being said, we will not endorse, promote, or advertise something that we have not used, tested, researched, and are willing to stand behind. So, that way, even when something is a promotion or ad on this site, it will be an extension of our general endorsements or thoughts about how to do something better.
 
Second, we want this site to be in and of itself a blueprint for creating a brand or company. By writing a journal from the beginning and thinking out “loud” in print, we want this to end up creating a pathway that others may follow. If we have success (or failure) with a promotion or campaign, we want it to be as transparent as we are allowed. Up front, I am sure that certain partners or promoters may have their own requirements around what can be shared and what cannot be shared. We will walk this line carefully.
 
Throughout the site, you will find Amazon links. These are affiliate links which means that when you click through them and decide to purchase the product marked or other products within a specific time, Entreburnor earns a particular royalty. It is asked to include this phrase: “As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.” These links will be bolded to mark them as affiliate links. This makes them easier to see for you to use but also easier for you to see to know when something will pay Entreburnor for your usage of it.
